We ship to all EU countries. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within:

• Germany, France, Netherlands: 3-5 business days
• Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria: 4-7 business days
• Other EU countries: 5-10 business days

Free shipping on orders over €50. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.

All prices shown on our store include VAT — no surprise fees at checkout.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item, as per EU consumer law. No questions asked.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@klimo.eu with your order number
2. We'll send you a return label
3. Package the product in its original packaging
4. Drop it off at your nearest post office

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
