2-Year Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, all products come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. This means the product must match the description and perform as expected for a period of 2 years from delivery.

If a product develops a defect within this period, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement at no cost
  • Price reduction if repair/replacement isn't possible
  • Full refund if the defect is significant

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@klimo.eu with your order number and a description of the defect
  2. Include photos or videos of the issue if possible
  3. We'll assess your claim within 3 business days
  4. If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund
